I am trying to grab words and put it together to express my amazement as a mother. I saw a video of a small boy reciting shahada to his little sister on her death bed, a little girl keeping her wasiya (declaration a person makes whilst alive regarding their property), toddlers staying strong after losing parents... If Allah made us witness these then definitely it is for a reason.  How did these mothers achieve to plant such strong, calm, brave, beautiful souls filled with Imaan?  The foundation of Tawakkul. The ability to see hereafter in front of their eyes with yaqeen. The amount of sabr. The smile of contentment. The dhikr of Allah in a very difficult situation. We are struggling, planning, learning, taking notes on how to become a better parent. Subhan Allah!!  These children and their parents living and the shaheed have shown us what is the  REAL TARBIYA or in simple words nurturing. May Allah forgive us our shortcomings and help us fulfill the responsibility he has placed on our
