Sorting from Within

Are you feeling a void in your heart that keeps bothering you?
Are you scrolling your device to kill time?
Are you really seeking an answer to satisfy yourself?

Here are some simple measures to boost your inner self.
As women it is natural for us to feel the dip once in a while. But what if the problem persist? Then it reflects in our lives and the lives around us. As long as the issue is minor we can try sorting it ourselves.

😴 Proper sleep helps in building a healthy mind and body, if sleep is interrupted or not proper chances are more to be lethargic and sluggish.

🤲Whenever anything is started with genuine prayers the blessings comes with it. Make sure to start the day seeking help from your creator.

🏃‍♀️A good walk will be the best and easy workout. It boosts endorphins and promotes a good mood.

🧹If you are a homemaker and you have those cleaning works pending don’t delay. Grab the vaccum cleaners, mops, brushes and go for it. A clean house is definitely going to make you feel productive and reduces the anxiety to a great extent which is proven by psycologists.

🗑 Another mental block is created by the clutter (anything unused or unwanted) lying in different parts of the house. Sell it, donate it or throw it...do it NOW!! Believe me, the space you make will embrace you.

🌬Talking about clutter, it’s not just about the things, everything that is holding you back whether it’s your past, your expectations, your overflowing thoughts.. Just let it go...and take a deep breath.

😇 Look at yourself and think of the uncountable blessing your Lord has bestowed upon you, now recall the post you saw of the patient asking donation to save himself from the deadly disease...feeling better already??

👀 We have read or heard a lot about how happiness is linked with gratefulness, and it is a fact.

The Messenger of Allah (peace be upon him) said: “Look at those who are beneath you and do not look at those who are above you, for it is more suitable that you should not consider as less the blessing of Allah.” [Bukharee]

📖Sadness, anxiety, laziness are all from shaithan, his main aim is to distract us from our goal. Let us not fall prey for him, protect yourself with your daily adhkars(prayers).

💗Find out what is your passion, you don’t have to do an online quiz to figure out what you love to do, just think ..doing what gave you the sense of satisfaction and brought that smile deep inside your heart. It can be reading for your kids, cooking a delicious meal or simply knitting a lovely napkin.

👨‍👩‍👧‍👦Emotions are contagious, if we are happy we tend to spread the happiness and vice versa.

🧕Helping others, saying a kind word, sharing a smile or any slightest act of kindness, grab the oppurtunity for you are investing in yourself.
The Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, said,
“The merciful will be shown mercy by the Most Merciful’’.

☎️ Speaking to your mother, dear ones or friends can ease you up a lot. Pick the phone and make it happen.

☔ “Nothing shall ever happen to us except what Allah has ordained for us. He is our Protector. And in Allah let the believers put their trust."
(Surah Tawba, 51)

This soothing ayah is an answer to all the issues we are facing.

💪 You are strong. Believe in your strenght and fly out of your blues.

😌Peace comes from the owner of peace. So freshen up yourself with His rememberance.

May Allah make it easy for all of us and those who are suffering all over the globe...Ameen

Loving Ramadan🌙

The thought about the special month of Ramadan excites the entire Muslim world. It is a feeling believers feel from deep within which cannot be expressed in words.  The warmth and peace lingers in the air, indeed a Blessed Month. But do our children also anticipate for the arrival of Ramadan? As parents and teachers, it is our duty to enlighten and spread the joy of Ramadan into their little hearts. Let’s try some ideas to inculcate the love of Ramadan in our children. 🗨️Talk about the month, not just when it is almost Ramadan.  Make them understand it is a “BIG DEAL”. This will make them wait for the month eagerly. ⭕Make halaqas for children of same age to allow them to share their views and thoughts about Ramadan. If not possible personally, an online meet involving lots of activities, fun crafts and online games will always keep them on their toes. Make sure you tell them the real purpose of fasting. “O You who believe! Fasting is prescribed upon you as it was prescribed o...

Embracing Ramadan in its true spirit

We enter the month of Ramadan with a lot of joy and excitement in our hearts, but we Muslim mummies also have anxiety deep inside about how to manage home, kids, school, iftars and suhoors, and not to forget taraweeh. This is the time that calls for effective planning and efficient usage of time. Planning always makes affairs smooth, but we also have to keep in mind that everything might not go as per plan. This is the reason why we must have realistic goals and understand that Ramadan is first and foremost a time for ibadah. To make the most of this blessed month, here are a few things we can do that’ll help us reap maximum rewards, while keeping us positively charged : 1. The first step is of course, to make sincere dua to Allah to make our affairs easy. Accept the fact that Allah has placed us exactly where we need to be, and Allah is all knowing. This will help us in getting rid of any unnecessary anxiety and pressure. 2. Ramadan is indeed the month of mercy, and its blessings re...
