Strange Love connecting couples

Bismillah
Don’t think about other couples; take the example of you and your spouse. Yes I mean to say the love between you and your spouse is STRANGE, why??
Do you have blood relation with your partner? Did you both know each other inside out when getting married? Did you have him/her with you when you suffered in your childhood? NO
Still you were mentally prepared to accept him, to care for him, to love him, to cook for him, to take care of his baby in future…In short dedicate your whole life for him.
In the same way a man is ready to accept his wife, provide for her shelter, food and clothing and everything she requires and promise her father to keep her happy throughout her life. He takes her security as his responsibility.
What is the one power which connects two souls from two different parts of the world, who did not know each other or each others family to get attached so much that they forget themselves for the others happiness?
LOVE…Now don’t you agree this love is strange??
Wife accepts husband’s parents as her own, husband accepts wife’s parents as his…not just parents sisters, brothers, relatives, friends and every person revolving around are considered their own.
And among His signs is that He created for you mates from among yourselves that you may dwell in tranquility with them, and He has put love and mercy between you; verily, in that are signs for people who reflect.” (Surat Ar Rum  30:21)
It’s Allah who induced this strong bond of love between couples…Indeed they are signs for people who think…
This powerful hadees is a proof that Allah (subhana wa tala) loves those couples who love each other for the sake of Allah…
Allah’s mercy is a powerful blessing and we are supposed to be thankful for it.
Two totally different persons, one fine day decide to spend their entire life under one roof caring and loving each other. Imagine how is it possible?
How did you accept your spouse in your life when you knew very little about him/her?
Yes, Love is strange and this strange love is created by Allah just as he created us from nowhere.
Let us say ‘’Alhamdullilah’’ for a moment for the wonderful blessing called Love which we feel for our partner, which helps us forget all fights, talks and problems in life and keeps us going together happily.

Pandemic - A wake up call

It was an unexpected knock on our doors when everything was going fine.We heard about covid virus and how it’s spreading like fire. Soon the fear started growing in our hearts. I was no exception. In the initial stages it took time for all of us to realise what was happening, we never experienced something like this before in our lives. To be honest, I had a feeling everything will be normal within weeks, but then I learned this is not something that simple, starting with the schools one by one everything started closing down eventually the masjids. It was all happening so quickly while we were still trying to figure out the scenario. Our norms were not the usual norms anymore. The schools became online, offices work at home, malls, parks and beaches locked down. We all were saddened that the masjids closed when Ramadan was nearing. A ramadan with no taraweeh, no iftar gatherings, no social life at all. Insights *There was so much chaos happening in the world, when I read a particular ...
